Which pay template and which shift hours each posting uses

Two questions for every posting in the payroll master. We filled in what we believe is already true. Change any row that is wrong, then press Save on it. Press Save on a row you agree with too — that is how we know somebody checked it.

Question 1 — the pay template

On a 12-hour night shift a guard earns 8 night hours under both templates. Only the column they land in differs.

Template A puts all 8 in the Night column.

Template B splits them: 4 in Night, 4 in Night OT.

The client contract decides this, not the guard and not the shift.

Question 2 — the 12-hour shift hours

What time does a normal 12-hour duty start and end at this posting?

6–6 means day 06:00–18:00, night 18:00–06:00.

7–7 means day 07:00–19:00, night 19:00–07:00.

Pick Other and type the real times if neither fits. The night shift is taken as the other half of the day.

Use this for something that does not belong to one row — a posting we are missing, a site that changed its hours, or a question.
